WAMI's 8th Meeting
The Second Day of the 8th Meeting of the College of Supervisors for Non-Bank Financial Institutions kicked off on Tuesday with country presentations from The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea,Liberia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone. The reports covered Non-Bank Financial Sector Developments in these cuntries.
The day ended with a presentation by WAIFEM on capacity development programmes for the West Africa Monetary Zone.
The third day is expected to focus on a proposal on appropriate content for CSNBFI activities in the WAMZ amongst other topics. The meeting should climax on Thursday with all the above deliberations intensely debated.
